Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 10 slices of lime

  • Ingredients for dressing
  • 3 tbsp Thai chilies (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp corriander root (finely chopped)

  • 1 1/4 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Mix lime juice, fish sauce and sugar, stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add chillies, corriander root and garlic in the dressing, mix well and set aside.
  • Prepare the steamer, when the water is hard boil, add the chicken in the steamer, wait 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  • Plate the chicken on the tray, pour the dressing. Decorate with lime slices and serve.
  • It is common to eat the dish with freshly cooked jasmine rice. However, this is optional.
