Mhoo Grob (Crispy pork belly) – Happy New Year! Here is a recipe for easily the most delicious part of the pork, the belly! The best way to enjoy pork belly is obviously the unhealthiest way, by roasting it, making the skin super crispy. I can’t write too much or else I will have to break my diet soon. Here is to more delicious food in 2021! Try to make this at home, it will change your life!
Mhoo Grob (Crispy pork belly)

1 kg pork belly
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Boil pork belly in boiling hot water for 20 mins.
- Take it out from the pot, use the fork and poke it all over the skin. POKE A LOT!
- Rub the pork skin with vinegar and salt, rest for about 20 mins.
- Put the pork, skin up, in the oven on a rack. 200 degrees for 30 min. ALTERNATIVELY If you’re doing it in an air fryer put it in it at 180 degree celcius for 30 min.
- Rest the crispy pork on a cooling rack for 5mins before cutting it up to serve
